Foundation — ownership

Uni-Tankers is a subsidiary of the financially strong group A/S United Trading and Shipping Company (USTC). The USTC Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Selfinvest ApS, whose owners are the founder Torben Østergaard-Nielsen and his two daughters Nina Østergaard Borris and Mia Østergaard Rechnitzer. The group of companies is continuously evolving, currently with more than 100 offices in over 30 countries.
